Wanted: One talented, fully assembled band.

I went shopping today. It was glorious. HMV is a soul sucking death trap, and I adore it so. I bought Radiohead's "The Bends" album, because I remembered that I didn't have it and that's just wrong, and Duran Duran's greatest hits album. If one of you calls me a dork, I'll fucking choke you. No, I won't. *warbles* "DANCE! Into the fire! That lethal kiss is all I need!" Heh. Good times.

I also went grocery shopping (no Michael, again) and bought lots of food that I don't really need, like cookies and sushi. Yum, California rolls... *drool*. I dare Tab to steal from me again. She'll find herself at the business end of a baseball bat.

I talked to one of my friends from high school on MSN tonight. He's just so cool. His band has a really, truly horrifying Geocities site up (it's run by some girl who apparently thinks that the Disney baby cartoons are sooooo cute. Yuck) but they do have some song clips posted. His voice is just... awesome. Really. I'm tres jealous. I totally envy that he got a band together, and they're playing shows and everything, because that's *exactly* what I want to do. I've been singing for years now, but I don't really know anyone who could play with me. That's why I'm trying to teach myself to play the guitar, so that I can play on my own to start. I'm proud of him though. I think his band isn't the greatest, but he's incredibly talented. The boy's gonna be big, if he gets the chance, and some better talent to back him up. Aw... I miss the dude.

OMFuckingG, y'all. The O.C. made me squeal like a fourteen year old Justin fan last night. Seth and Summer are too cute for words! Eeee! Whoa, sorry. I love me some shirtless Adam Brody. Also, I'm glad that Ryan is blowing that stupid Marissa bitch off. That'll teach her not to trust her hot, sweet boyfriend. I cannot believe how into this show I am. I also watched last week's Smallville, finally. Crap. I swear, the only reason I watch that show is for the pretty, pretty Clark, and the Sexy Lexy. The stories are so stupid, and the dialogue is really poorly written, but those two? I'd follow them to the ends of the earth. Love.
